Reflective Supervision/Consultation (RSC)
Individual or Group RSC Available
Reflective Supervision/Consultation is a unique relationship between supervisor and clinician(s) where stories can be shared and understandings deepened. As story-holders and tellers, we practice the art of holding others in mind and heart, together. This process allows deeper reflections, insights and attunement to develop in the supervisory relationship, in the clinician/client relationship and thus in the connection between parent and child.
This parallel process is at the core of maternal, infant and early childhood work. As you navigate this complex clinical and relational work with families, you deserve a space to be heard and held.
Together we’ll make meaning of the relationship you offer families and ground in next steps. As we navigate all of the complexities and the grey that shows up in your work with a family, we’ll make space for knowing that ‘you are enough’ and that ‘how you are is as important as what you do (Jeree Pawl)’.
All supervision/consultation hours can be applied to Infant and Early Childhood Endorsement® through the Alliance for the Advancement of Infant Mental Health state Associations. Clinical supervision hours may be applied to Social Work Licensing.

Mental Health Consultation
Infant & Early Childhood Mental Health Consultation
Building a relationship with a mental health consultant can bring in new perspectives, and be a source of support for you and your team. We use a reflective, relational approach to consultation that allows for individual and team growth overtime.
Together we can explore and reflect on any challenges in your work, consult on child and family-specific concerns, and better care for those you support by paying attention to the social, emotional, and mental health aspects of your work with families and young children.
We can offer individual and group consultation to a variety of care professionals including, teachers, nurses, doulas, pediatricians, midwives, foster care workers, and social workers working with families and children 0 through 6. Consultation often occurs on-site and over a period of time which allows us to build our relationship together. Reach out for more information!
