Cycle Breaking Moms

Our Cycle Breaking Moms Group is designed for those who are consciously choosing to parent differently than how they were raised, with the goal of addressing and healing from generational trauma. This group offers a supportive, non-judgmental space for parents to explore the impact of their upbringing, process the challenges of breaking away from unhealthy patterns, and learn new strategies to foster a nurturing environment for their children. Participants will have the opportunity to share their experiences, receive validation, and build a strong sense of community with others who are on a similar journey.

The most important part of this group is the understanding that healing takes place in community. By coming together with others who are also breaking the cycles of trauma, parents can find strength, solidarity, and hope in shared experiences. The group focuses on self-awareness, emotional regulation, and the collective healing work necessary to break free from cycles of dysfunction. Through supportive guidance and community connection, parents can learn to respond to their children with compassion and empathy, while fostering a new path forward for themselves and their families.
